Rena's review: Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser

After 400 comments, 40+ trials and more than a year later, Glossier released their highly anticipated cleaner to their lineup, the Milky Jelly Cleanser. Unfortunately they do not ship internally, again, I am quite resourceful when it comes to getting my hands on it.

Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser, Priming Moisturizer, Soothing Face Spray

Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser, Priming Moisturizer, Soothing Face Spray

I used to be devoted to very simple cleansers like Neutrogena or Cetaphil but sometimes a girl wants a bit of something extra in the first step of cleansing ritual to start the day.

I like roses scented products, Milky Jelly Cleanser has a very light scent, barely there and I can't imagine fragrance-free lovers will get bothered by it. The texture is gel-like, but firm and will not drip on your skin. I like the efficacy of the cleaner, it takes off everything except for waterproof mascara. You can use it on dry skin or damp skin, or you can add water and massage it on to your skin, however you want to use it. My skin feels clean and smooth after cleansing, no tightness whatsoever so this is good for sensitive, dry and even combination skin.

My current routine is the cleanser, followed by the Soothing Face Spray, maybe an antioxidant serum and followed by the Priming Moisturizer because it sits well under my makeup.

Overall, I really enjoy the cleanser and highly recommend this to everyone (who can get a hold of this of course). Read my reviews on other Glossier products that I have tried here.
